Dentons advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) on the financing of the building and equipping of a local hospital in Żywiec, southern Poland. The project will be executed in the public-private partnership formula (PPP). The site was contributed by the local authorities, while InterHealth Canada will handle the development and the construction side.
