Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised PATRIZIA Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, a German entity managing real estate investment funds in Europe, on the sale of the Ujazdowskie 10 office building (U10) in Warsaw to Syrena Real Estate investment fund. Value of the transaction was €13.2 million.

Located in the center of Warsaw at Aleje Ujazdowskie, U10 is a modern office building, which offers 3,650 sq. m. of office space. The property comprises of eight floors on the ground and two underground ones, and is situated in close proximity to some government buildings, diplomatic institutions, luxury hotels, restaurants and fashion houses. The facility was commissioned in 2003. Stanisław Fiszer - a laureate of the SARP Honorary Award and co-designer of the Warsaw Stock Exchange building, was its architect.

Partner Bartłomiej Kordeczka supervised the project which was led by senior associate Arkadiusz Dębski with the support of associate Anna Misztela.
