Dentons’ PPP and Infrastructure practice provided comprehensive advice to a consortium of Unibep PPP and Unibep SA in the competitive dialogue procedure for the construction of a municipal residential building in Małkinia Górna, Poland. The project will be structured as a public-private partnership.

Following its successful procedure, on May 28, 2021, the consortium concluded a contract with the Municipality of Małkinia Górna. It is the first contract of this type ever signed by Unibep Group and the first public-private partnership project in the municipal housing sector in Poland. Under the contract, Unibep SA will design and construct a municipal residential building using modular technology, and will then provide technical maintenance services for the building.
