Frankfurt—Global law firm Dentons has advised Penta Infra on the acquisition and financing of a mixed-use commercial property with a data center in Hamburg. Following collaboration on previous projects in Leipzig, Berlin and Düsseldorf, this is the fourth transaction Penta has completed together with data center specialist developer Bennbrooke and Dentons' data center team.

The property is located in close proximity to Hamburg Airport. Penta's long-term goal is to develop the site into a data center campus. With this acquisition, Penta Infra is expanding its data center portfolio in Germany, which already includes sites in Berlin, Cologne, Leipzig and Düsseldorf.
