Dentons has been recognized by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity with both the 2020 Top Performer and the 2020 Compass Award designations, announced at LCLD’s Virtual Annual Meeting. Dentons is one of just 22 organizations to earn both designations.

These designations represent Dentons’ involvement in LCLD’s programs and the promotion of LCLD’s mission. The Top Performer award recognizes those organizations in the top 20% for participation in LCLD programs and activities, while the Compass Award recognizes those Members who personally attend LCLD’s Annual Meeting and participate in the Fellows and Pathfinder programs, and a pipeline Mentoring or 1L Scholars program. Earning both designations signals Dentons’ commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.
