With his international background, and as a single, gay dad and co-founder of the P3 Network (which supports LGBT+ families), Tuvia will share his experiences and insights. The discussion will touch on important topics for parents and children alike, including identity, belonging and sexuality.

Tuvia Borok

Tuvia Borok is Global Head of Policy and Documentation for the Global Markets Division of Goldman Sachs. He is also the firmwide sponsor for the Goldman Sachs Make Things Possible Pride Academy for LGBT+ talent. Tuvia is co-founder and CEO of The P3 Network, a UK-based not-for-profit organisation that provides support, advocacy and role models for non-traditional and LGBT+ families, and has been a Leadership Fellow at Windsor Castle since 2018. In 2020, Tuvia also became a strategic adviser to GROW Mentoring, supporting greater diversity in the legal profession.

Tuvia’s contributions to diversity and inclusion have been recognised with various awards in the UK. He has been recognised as Out & Proud Corporate Counsel of the Year by the LGBT Bar Association, granted a Points of Light Award from former UK Prime Minister Theresa May, and recognised by the British LGBT+ Awards as one of the top 10 in the category of Outstanding Contribution to LGBT+ Life. Tuvia was awarded LGBT+ Lawyer of the Year by Chambers and Partners in its 2019 European Diversity Awards and featured in Forbes in 2020.

Outside work, Tuvia is an avid Ironman Triathlete and a proud single dad.

Christine Armstrong

Christine Armstrong is a researcher, writer and vlogger on parenting, work-life balance and the future of work. Her current focus is hybrid work and how we manage our home and work lives while office life is curtailed. By exploring workplace culture, diversity strategies, work-life balance and remote working, Christine examines the new challenges to the old ways of doing business.

She previously co-founded Jericho Chambers, an early example of flexible and hybrid work. She writes regularly for The Times and The Telegraph and is a contributing editor of Management Today.

She is also the author of "The Mother of All Jobs: How to Have Children and a Career and Stay Sane(ish)", published by Bloomsbury. The book is based on six years of interviews with working parents, employers, leadership experts and carers. The book was a finalist in the Business Book UK Awards 2019.
