Dentons Government Contracts and Public Procurement partners from the UK, Canada, EU, Peru and US addressed ESG considerations in contracting with the public sector. Our panelists covered what contractors will be asked to include in bids, how ESG is being used as a factor in awarding contracts and discussed the weighting of ESG factors in awarding contracts.

Given the increase in awareness of ESG issues globally, as a source of risk and opportunity, this session was timely and valuable for anyone contracting with the public sector.
