Dentons Canada is proud to announce that two of its partners, Kate Broer and Andrea Raso Amer, were selected to receive 2013 Lexpert Zenith Awards celebrating Women Leaders in the Legal Community.

Kate and Andrea are Dentons Canada’s Co-Chairs of Diversity and Inclusion. In their roles they spearhead the firm’s policies and initiatives which support the advancement of women and individuals from other underrepresented groups. Dentons Canada recently renewed its commitment to diversity and inclusion and made the meaningful increase in women’s representation at the partner and leadership levels a principal objective of the firm’s inclusion efforts. Under Kate and Andrea’s guidance, the firm has taken a proactive and structured approach to advancing its objectives including through the Vault Women’s Initiative which provides networking and mentorship opportunities for lawyers at all levels of practice.

Andrea Raso Amer is a partner and senior employment counsel and practice group manager of the Vancouver Labour and Employment group at Dentons Canada. Kate Broer is a partner in the Litigation group at Dentons’ Toronto office.
