Paris Employment partners Katell Deniel-Allioux and Julie Caussade attended the EELA meeting held in Krakow on 12 and 13 June. Aleksandra Minkowicz-Flaneck from Dentons Warsaw office was also attending the meeting.

The conferences featured many prestigious speakers including former Polish President Lech Wałęsa as well as European leading advocates and lawyers from major law firms. Various topics were discussed with a particular focus on the contemporary concept of Employment across continents, managing public relations and media interest in high-profile Employment cases and termination of Employment for performance related reasons.

EELA is an unincorporated association founded in 1996 which brings together practicing employment lawyers across the European union, improves the implementation and understanding of the social dimension, exchanges views on the manner of such implementation and strengthens links between EU employment lawyers.
