Warsaw—Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Skanska on the sale of the Nowa Fabryczna office building in Łódź, Poland to Niam for €52 million.

Opened in October 2017, the seven-storey Nowa Fabryczna offers over 21,500 sq. m. gross leasable area and 210 parking spaces leased to tenants such as Fujitsu, Whirlpool, Cybercom and McCormick.

Nowa Fabryczna is located in Łódź’s New City Center, opposite the recently completed Łódź Fabryczna train station – one of the most modern public transportation hubs in Poland. The building is eligible for the LEED Gold certification; it will also be certified as a “building without barriers”, a designation awarded to investments fully accessible for individuals with disabilities.
