Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised PATRIZIA Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, a German entity managing real estate investment funds in Europe, on the sale of the Młodziejowski Palace located at Miodowa 10 (M10) in Warsaw to MIDOLUX 2 SA – a company belonging to FFA Real Estate, a leading provider of real estate investment opportunities from Lebanon.
The Młodziejowski Palace also known as M10 building was created in the second half of the 17th century. Thoroughly revitalized and modernized, the building offers 6,900 sq. m. of the leasable office space of the highest standards with simultaneous preservation of unique virtues of this historic building.
M10 is situated only 150 m away from the Royal Castle and Column of the Sigismund III Vasa, in the vicinity of the most important institutions and monuments of Polish culture including the National Chamber Opera (Opera Narodowa), the Grand Theatre (Teatr Narodowy), the National Library (Biblioteka Narodowa), Collegium Nobilium, and many museums and galleries in the Old Town.
