Paris—Dentons Paris advised Essling Expansion on its acquisition of a stake in the SPVIE Assurances group to finance the group's external growth.

At the same time, the SPVIE Assurances group has just carried out a first transaction with the acquisition of the independent broker Assurances de l'Adour.

Essling Expansion is a fund investing in high-growth companies in the digital, healthcare and B2B services sectors. It is managed by Essling Capital, an independent management company specialising in unlisted assets. Essling Capital manages and advises on more than €1.3 billion in France, Europe and internationally.
