The Firm’s most recent additions include partners Angela Bernardi in the Silicon Valley office and Allison Bender in the Washington, DC office, who both join from Silicon Valley–based Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Both are deeply connected to their clients in the technology sector. Angela will focus on technology M&A and Allison will devote her efforts to data privacy and security. Allison was also previously with the US Department of Homeland Security.
