Frankfurt—Dentons was named "Law Firm of the Year for Foreign Trade Law" by Germany's leading legal medium at this year's JUVE Awards.

The jury's statement said, among other things: "Dentons has gone into full gear: Hardly any other law firm has succeeded so quickly in establishing a foreign trade practice on the market. [...] The practice also cleverly uses the combination of its competencies in foreign trade and public procurement law to position itself in matters relating to national security issues. In line with market developments, Dentons also dynamically expanded its investment control practice and now regularly advises on complex transactions in this regard."

The JUVE Awards recognize outstanding success in the development and management of commercial law firms. The evaluation criteria include client orientation, law firm culture, junior staff policy, profitability, personnel growth and expansion into new business areas or markets.

In 2020, Dentons was named "Law Firm of the Year for Competition and Antitrust"; in 2019, we won the award for "Law Firm of the Year for the Frankfurt and Hesse Region".
