Riyadh—Dentons has advised Overseas Development Holding Company, a Bahrain-based entity and part of GES Group, on the sale of a significant majority stake in Overseas Development Company Saudi Arabia, a company engaged in the logistics and transportation sectors, to Aljozoor Alrasekha Trucking Company (Rahaal), a company 100% owned by Budget Saudi.

The sale was structured through the raising of capital and the sale of existing shares to Aljozoor.

This transaction is expected to generate significant synergies between the GES Group and the Budget Group, leveraging the expertise of both groups in the logistics and transportation sectors in the Saudi market.
