Bucharest—Global law firm Dentons has advised Hartmann Packaging A/S, a leading manufacturer of molded fiber packaging, on the acquisition of Dentaş Romania SRL, a subsidiary of Dentaş Kağıt Sanayi AŞ. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. 

Founded in 2004 and located in Tărtăşeşti, Romania, Dentaş Romania SRL specializes in the production of molded fiber packaging solutions.

This acquisition represents a strategic step in expanding Hartmann’s European footprint by increasing its production capacity and diversifying the product range in key growth markets.

Dentons provided legal support throughout all stages of the project, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation of the transfer documentation.
