Luxembourg—Simon began his career as legal counsel at Degroof Petercam and subsequently spent 10 years at the international law firm Hogan Lovells. Drawing on this experience, Simon advises investment professionals on structuring and implementing investment vehicles, both regulated and unregulated, that target a wide range of assets. He also assists them with their day-to-day affairs.

Simon ensures his clients stay informed about the ever-changing regulatory requirements of the industry and guides them through the complexities of fund management.

Simon holds a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Strasbourg (formerly the Université Robert Schuman) in France. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018 and a member of the LPEA’s “Private Funds” working group.
