Kyiv, Ukraine—Global law firm Dentons has advised Grupa Pracuj - the leader in HR Tech in Central and Eastern Europe - on a series of transactions to increase its stake in two leading Ukrainian recruitment platforms, Robota.ua and Work.ua. Through these transactions, Grupa Pracuj increased its (direct and indirect) shareholding in Robota International to 76.7%, and in Work Ukraine to 52.7%.

A team from Dentons’ Kyiv office prepared the transaction documents in relation to each of the companies, provided support throughout the negotiation process, as well as assisted with the completion of the deal. Corporate and M&A partner Adam Mycyk led the team, with significant support from associate Oleksandra Piskun, tax advisor Valeria Tarasenko, senior associate Roman Mehedynyuk, counsel Oksana Horban and associate Tetiana Sokhotska.
