Dentons advises Helaba and pbb on extending €100 million financing for Globalworth’s office portfolio

Dentons has advised Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank on the extension of their financing in the amount of €100 million for another five years. The loan, initially granted in 2018, was used to finance a portfolio of office properties in Poland owned by Globalworth including Centrum Biurowe Lubicz in Krakow, Tryton Business Park in Gdansk and Spektrum Tower in Warsaw.
