Michelle Kim is an associate of Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in the Chicago Office, where she works closely with the Intellectual Property and Technology group. Michelle’s practice includes trademark prosecution, trademark opposition, copyright infringement litigation, and complex commercial litigation matters.

Michelle originally joined Dentons in 2022 as a summer associate. She earned her JD from Boston University School of Law with a concentration in IP & Information. While in law school, Michelle counseled BU and MIT graduate students in the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic her 2L year and externed at HubSpot for both semesters of her 3L year. She also served as treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and secretary of the Women of Color Collaborative during this time.
