Global law firm Dentons advised Stadler Polska on its third contract, worth nearly PLN 398 million, for the delivery of 12 state-of-the-art third generation FLIRT trains to Koleje Mazowieckie (Mazovia Region Railways). The trains will operate on the Skierniewice - Warsaw - Minsk Mazowiecki route.

With the signing of this contract, together with two earlier contracts concluded in 2018 and 2019, Stadler Polska has committed so far to delivering a total of 30 FLIRT trains to Koleje Mazowieckie. These agreements are all part of a master framework agreement for the supply of up to 61 five-carriage FLIRT trains.

The contract also covers staff training and maintenance services. The production of the trains ordered under the contract is already underway, and some of the trains ordered under previous contracts have already been delivered.

Dentons lawyers have supported Stadler Polska since the start of the procurement procedure, providing comprehensive legal advice at the tendering stage and in connection with the execution and completion of the previous agreements – including the master and implementation contracts.
