Yves focuses his practice on EU competition law, in particular EU and national merger control and cartel and antitrust investigations. Throughout his career, Yves has gained a reputation for securing settlements and early termination without fines or very favorable outcomes in European Commission cartel and antitrust proceedings. His antitrust litigation practice includes representations in significant follow-on damages cases before national courts of EU member states.

Yves assists clients by shaping their market strategy and designing and implementing their distribution network and managing their supply-chains. He also regularly advises content and publishing clients in the digital space, including in connection with the implementation of the DMA and DSA. He has gained much exposure and experience in devising compliant sustainability collaborations and managing the risk of greenwashing claims. Finally, he provides practical support in implementing antitrust compliance programs and conducting audits at both company and trade associations levels.

Over the years, Yves gained substantial exposure to renewable energy, media and Internet, consumer products, chemicals and agro-biotechnology, and mobility (aviation and aerospace, automotive) industries.
