Our Diversity Network Groups

Under our Dentons ONE programme, our diversity networks build inclusivity with colleagues by engaging all our people on inclusion and diversity. We are driving greater collaboration across our networks to raise the visibility of intersectionality.

Our Black Professionals Network (BPN) supports the firm's efforts and initiatives to achieve a greater level of recruitment and retention of black lawyers and black professionals at Dentons. Please visit the BPN Hub for more information – link

Fusion is our Asian Professionals Network. This network is for colleagues identifying as Asian and other colleagues wishing to support the network group. Fusion provides a supportive environment for Asian staff and partners where they can thrive professionally, through support, mentoring and career development.

Inspire is our gender equality network group which aims to create a supportive and inclusive culture for all at Dentons. The group focuses on supporting and retaining female talent at all levels through encouraging inclusive behaviours and culture change.

Parents Connect creates an opportunity for Dentons' parents to meet clients with young children to share their experiences with juggling work, caring responsibilities and other daily challenges. The group hosts webinars which are open to all on a range of topics such as 'Parents and Child Mental Health' and 'How to talk to your Child about Race'.

Dentons launches an Accelerating Race Strategy Action Plan across the UK

October 26, 2020

Dentons has launched an Accelerating Race Strategy Action Plan across the UK in response to the Black Lives Matter protests and Dentons' inclusion and diversity strategy. The launch coincides with the firm's focus on Black History Month in October. The plan takes steps to achieve Dentons' commitment to a 20% diversity target in aggregate across ethnicity, LGBT and disability in the UK, Ireland and Middle East partnership by 2025.
