Kyiv—Dentons announced that one of Ukraine’s leading legal practitioners, Adam Mycyk, has joined the firm’s Corporate practice as a partner based in Kyiv.

Adam is a highly-regarded corporate lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in Ukraine and is one of the few US-qualified attorneys working in Ukraine. He joins from the Kyiv office of Chadbourne & Parke. Prior to that Adam was a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna in Kyiv where he led the Corporate/M&A group and co-led the Banking & International Finance practice. He also served as the Managing Partner of CMS’s Kyiv office in 2008-2012.

Adam regularly advises multinationals and foreign companies, Ukrainian companies, banks, investment banks and other financial institutions on structuring and implementing debt and equity inward investments, including corporate/M&A and on complex cross-border commercial and financing transactions. His practice focuses on both advisory and transactional work. In recent years he has worked on several oil & gas and energy transactions as well as on transactions on international capital markets.
