Berlin/Frankfurt— The German M&A team of global law firm Dentons has been short-listed by the leading German legal directory JUVE for the “Law firm of the year for M&A” award. Already in 2010 the German practice won an award as “Law firm of the year” – at that time as the “Law firm of the year for the Eastern region.” The nomination alongside top-tier firms is a great achievement demonstrating that Dentons as a global law firm continues to infiltrate the German market successfully. Not only is our dynamic development recognized by JUVE but also the nomination underlines the large variety of transactions in areas such as Life Sciences, Private Equity and Restructuring.

The JUVE Awards count among the most important standards for the German legal market; nominations are based on extensive research and more than 1,000 oral and written interviews with lawyers, clients, junior lawyers and other parties involved in the legal market.
