London—Dentons is pleased to announce it is taking part in the Women Ahead and Moving Ahead initiative in the UK which forms part of the 30% Club's mentoring scheme. The 30% Club is a global business-led initiative committed to achieving better gender balance in senior and leadership positions of organisations.

Dentons is a long-standing member of the 30% Club and one of a select group of employers chosen to take part in the Women Ahead and Moving Ahead initiative this year. The cross-company initiative involves a nine-month mentoring programme commencing in October 2017 that is designed to drive forward the female talent pipeline through developing and supporting future leaders in business. Now in its fifth year in the UK, the scheme has been tremendously successful in growing its scale and offering, with over 1,200 mentors and mentees and more than 60 organisations now taking part.
