Kentucky—Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that David W. Tandy has been selected by the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights for induction into the Kentucky Civil Rights Hall of Fame for 2017. The induction ceremony was held during a public reception on Sept. 21, 2017, at the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage.
“We are proud of the extraordinary work that David has done as an advocate for civil and human rights,” said Tobin McClamroch, Managing Partner of the firm. “David is known as a leader who brings people of differing views together for the common good of our community. We are thrilled to see him recognized for his continued service.”
Nominees for the Kentucky Civil Rights Hall of Fame are men and women who have made significant contributions to Kentucky’s progress in the areas of civil and human rights. An independent panel of judges made up of civil rights advocates and business and education professionals evaluate nominees.
