The Firm, which has been a leader in advising and collaborating with the global legal and business communities, pledges to continue to share best practices with clients and contacts around the world, and proactively support the business community as it navigates business challenges created by COVID-19.

Among the initiatives Dentons has now made public are:

• its global information COVID-19 Hub which is updated regularly and includes links to more than 70 (and growing) country-specific insights
• creation of a multidisciplinary US COVID-19/Pandemic Special Situations Team to facilitate, accelerate and proactively support client service.
• immediate and ongoing monitoring of state-by-state activity leveraging the Dentons50 network
• information and links to new, recurring and just-completed webinars, including this week’s Force Majeure webinar, and previous programs on Government Contracts, Utilities and Maintaining Critical Infrastructure, US Updates and Policy and Government Update
• a Global Labor & Employment Tracker as businesses are currently grappling with what COVID-19 means for them in terms of their responsibilities as employers. By leveraged its global footprint, the Firm provides clients with an overview of their obligations across multiple markets. Clients may select up to three countries, and any or all key points to view/compare the content.  The tracker currently includes 60 countries and focuses on client FAQs, and provides guidance around the following key themes:
