London/Dubai—Dentons has advised The National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah P.S.C. (RAKBANK) on its issuance of US$300 million Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities. The issuance was RAKBANK's first Additional Tier 1 issuance following its inaugural Tier 2 issuance last autumn.

The securities were admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange and were offered to sophisticated investors outside the US, in reliance on Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933.

Debt Capital Markets partner Neil Dixon, based in Dentons' London office, commented: "We were delighted to have the opportunity to work with the RAKBANK team again on such a competitively priced transaction so soon after its Tier 2 transaction in September".
