Claire Kates is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons’ St. Louis office. She is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on complex insurance coverage and defense.

Experienced in all phases of litigation, Claire has defended client depositions, deposed opposing parties, witnesses, and expert, represented clients at mediations and arbitrations, and has drafted and argued dispositive motions and appeals. Her expertise in insurance coverage matters ranges from various commercial and personal lines to excess coverage.
