• Confidential client: Acting for a main contractor in a US$63 million ICC arbitration relating to design and construction defects, delay and the termination of a series of qualified EPC contracts for the design and construction of a bespoke marine vessel for the purposes of an energy project in Africa.

• Confidential client: Acting for a developer in respect of two ICC arbitrations arising out of the design and construction of a US$300 million mixed-use development in Kazakhstan.

• Confidential client: Advising a specialist contractor in an ICC arbitration for around QAR425 million (£81.5 million) regarding works under a bespoke construction contract. The claim related to numerous changes to the contractor's scope of works as part of a port project in the Middle East and the associated time and costs.

• Confidential client: Acting for a contractor in relation to a multi-million-pound dispute relating to delays, disruptions and variations at a major UK airport project. The dispute required a complicated analysis of prolongation and disruption to the contractor's works necessitated by the works being carried out in a "live" environment with restrictions on access due to the employer's concurrent use of the areas where the works were to be carried out.
