Georgiana Stacy focuses her practice on real estate law and corporate law. She advises clients on a variety of matters, including acquisition and disposition, development, finance, land use, leasing and zoning.

Before joining the Firm as an associate, Georgie worked as a summer associate in the Firm’s Lexington office in 2021 and 2022.

Experience

German American Bancorp, Inc.: Served as real estate counsel in Client's merger with Heartland BancCorp, the parent company of Heartland Bank, effective Feb. 1, 2025. Immediately following completion of the holding company transaction, Heartland Bank merged with and into German American's banking subsidiary, German American Bank. Heartland had approximately US$1.9 billion in total assets at the time of the merger, as well as a real estate portfolio of over 30 leased and owned properties.
