Lauren is an associate in the Firm’s Salt Lake City office.  She is a member of Dentons’ Real Estate, Environmental and Natural Resources, and Development, Zoning and Planning practice groups.

Lauren represents purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers regarding all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, financing, due diligence, leasing, and opinion letters. 

Lauren also helps clients navigate the complex regulatory issues arising in multiple areas of environmental and natural resources law, including mining, oil and gas, solar energy, and hydrogen energy.
