Marina is an associate in Dentons' Corporate group and a member of the investment and asset management practice, based in London.

Marina has particular expertise in investment funds, advising both public and private funds on matters such as fund formation, investment transactions and regulatory compliance. In addition, she has experience across a range of other types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate advisory work.

Marina trained at Dentons and qualified as a solicitor in September 2024.
