Pauline is a partner in Dentons´ Santiago office. She is a member of the Energy, Environment and Natural Resources, and Litigation groups. She has more than 20 years of experience working in law firms and as an in-house lawyer and advising national and foreign companies in electric, industrial, mining and gambling businesses.

Pauline´s focus is on judicial law, litigating on ordinary courts, arbitration, and special courts representing companies in electricity, mining, environmental, civil law, and corporate reorganizations liabilities matters.

Likewise, Pauline advises and represents the interests of diverse companies in administrative sanctioning procedures before State administration bodies.

Her experience comprises relevant achievements in complex litigation and consultancies to companies in various matters.
