As of February 2018, the Litigation and Arbitration team in the Warsaw office is co-headed by partner Anna Maria Pukszto, who joins its current lead partner Wojciech Kozłowski. Anna will continue to manage the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy team. She also chairs the Association of Restructuring Practitioners in Poland.

Anna has been with Dentons (formerly Salans) since 2000. She focuses on representing financial institutions in disputes related to their products or their liability towards borrowers or investors, as well as in challenging transactions intended to defraud creditors. Anna also handles litigation and arbitration matters arising out of commercial contracts and investment agreements. She has provided client representation in LCIA, ICC, VIAC and KIG arbitration and post-arbitration proceedings. In addition, Anna specializes in restructuring and insolvency, including cross-border bankruptcies and sales of insolvent debtors' assets.

Anna Maria Pukszto is recommended in the areas of restructuring, insolvency and litigation by prestigious international legal directories Chambers Global 2017, Chambers Europe 2017 and The Legal 500 EMEA 2017.
