Dentons’ Real Estate team has advised Skanska on the sale of an office building in the Nowy Rynek complex located at the former site of Poznan’s central coach station. The new purchaser was the French fund Corum XL managed by Corum.

This has been another deal in a series of property transactions regarding the Nowy Rynek complex on which Dentons’ Real Estate team has advised Skanska. In June Skanska sold the first office building to Franklin Templeton Investments.

The office building purchased by Corum offers approx. 12,000 sq. m. of leasable area. The building will receive LEED Gold certification. The Nowy Rynek will ultimately comprise five office-cum-retail and residential-cum-retail buildings.

The transaction was led by partner Bartłomiej Kordeczka and senior associate Ewelina Klein who were supported by associates Joanna Fidecka and Adrianna Kończak. Counsel Tomasz Krasowski and senior associate Marcin Czajkowski advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.
