Update on Employment Law 2017 – Recent developments in jurisdiction and legislation

The event covers changes in the law of personnel leasing, the Maternity Protection Act, the Disabilities Act and the Safety at Work Act. Moreover, we want to discuss recent developments in legislation with a special focus on the planned legislation for wage equality between men and women.

Furthermore, we will touch general developments in legislation regarding practice-relevant issues of individual and collective employment law. We will focus on the framework conditions that generally must be met in connection with vacation law, dealing with sick employees, the use of social media within a company and the right of notice.
