Frankfurt—Global law firm Dentons has advised Deutsche Postbank AG as the sole arranger and lender on the financing of two car parks in Paris and Lyon. The car parks are owned by two French vehicles held by IntReal International Rest Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, which acts for the regulated Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund II – a real estate special fund under German law.
