Dentons advised on the €2.4 billion sale of P3 Logistic Parks to GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund. P3 Logistic Parks owns 163 warehouses in 62 locations across nine countries - making this the largest real estate deal in Europe in 2016.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by the end of 2016.
Dentons advised on the Polish and Romanian aspects of the deal, including sell-side due diligence. It was one of several law firms that advised on this complex, international deal. Partner Perry Zizzi (Bucharest) led a cross-border team of more than 40 lawyers from Dentons’ Real Estate, Banking and Finance and Corporate practices.
The same team recently advised P3 on the Romanian and Polish aspects of a €1.4 billion pan-European refinancing of P3's logistics portfolio.
