Amsterdam—Dentons Boekel has strengthened its Public Procurement and Competition and Antitrust practices with the recruitment of Bram Braat as an associate partner. He joined the Amsterdam office on May 1, 2017.

Braat has a versatile practice in procurement law and advises clients in tender procedures and complex litigation matters.

He also brings significant knowledge in competition law, in particular in relation to cartel damage procedures, and will strengthen the firm’s offering related to EU law and antitrust litigation. He is currently in the final phase of his PhD research on cartel injury procedures at Radboud University in Nijmegen.
