Warsaw—Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Skanska on the sale of Spark C, the first phase of the Spark office project in Warsaw, Poland. The building was sold to KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG, a leading German independent investment and asset manager, for €48 million.

Spark C is the first completed building of the Spark office complex located in the Warsaw’s Wola district. It offers 13,000 square meters of modern office space already leased in 85% to Skanska.

This is KGAL’s first transaction with Skanska and also its first investment in the Polish office market.

Bartłomiej Kordeczka, partner in the Warsaw Real Estate practice group, supervised the project. Senior associate Kamila Urbańska led the transactional team with the support of an associate Alicja Puławska-Kuśnierz.
