Warsaw—Dentons has advised MaForm Holding Luxembourg S.À R.L. on its tender offer to purchase 66% of shares in Fabryki Mebli Forte S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. MaForm Holding, which currently owns more than 32% of shares in Forte, has addressed the offer to other shareholders of the company.

Forte is a major European manufacturer of self-assembly furniture, which owns five manufacturing facilities across Poland and has 3,500 staff. It supplies customers from 40 countries worldwide. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996.

Warsaw-based partner Jakub Celiński, Head of the Equity Capital Markets practice in Europe, headed the team, with support from Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions associate Paulina Galewska, as well as managing counsel Piotr Nerwiński and associate Jan Zaremba from the Banking and Finance practice in Warsaw.
