US—July 2, 2021 – Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, has announced that Mike McNamara is stepping down as Dentons US CEO and will continue to be an engaged partner leading key initiatives.

In his more than 10 years of service in leadership, Mike served as the integration partner in the foundation of SNR Denton, as the US Managing Partner and then as Dentons US CEO. During his tenure, Dentons US recruited an outstanding team of Partners that now serve in leadership, combined with McKenna Long & Aldridge and Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing, and led in Dentons US combining over the past eighteen months with five outstanding firms across the US to become the largest region in the world’s largest law firm.

The US Board has now implemented a new leadership structure. Keith Moskowitz will assume the new role of Chairperson of Dentons US Board; Sonia Martin and John Holahan will take on the roles of Vice Chairperson; and Mary Wilson will maintain her existing role as Dentons US Managing Partner and her role on the US Region Board. Toby McClamroch remains Managing Partner of Dentons United States Region and Jeff Haidet remains Chair of Dentons US LLP.
