Kyiv—Dentons acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) and provided a legal opinion on the enforceability of the EFET General Agreement concerning the delivery and acceptance of natural gas and its collateral arrangements.

EFET promotes competition, transparency and open access in the European energy sector. It currently represents more than 100 energy trading companies, active in over 27 European countries.
