Berlin—Judith Aron, Co-head of Dentons’ Europe Compliance Group, has been recognized as one of the world’s top 100 women lawyers in the field of compliance and investigations in GIR’s Women in Investigations 2021.

GIR’s Women in Investigations 2021 shines a spotlight on outstanding female practitioners in the field of white-collar investigations. The report reflects each professional’s investigations work, and also asks each woman to comment on the impact of the pandemic on this field of work, innovation and technology, their thoughts on the future, and sources of inspiration. 

Based in Berlin, Judith Aron has more than 15 years’ experience in transactions and internal investigations. Her practice focuses on complex, cross-border government investigations and internal regulatory reviews and representing companies in high-stakes matters involving foreign bribery, fraud and breach of fiduciary duties. She is a founding member and Secretary of the German Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), which seeks to increase opportunities for women in the white collar defense field. She is also an active member of Dentons’ Europe Women's Advancement Committee, which advises leadership on gender issues and is the architect of the Firm’s women’s advancement strategy for Continental Europe and Central Asia.
