Prague—Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Real Estate practice in Prague with the arrival of Monika Kajanková as a partner, who joined on May 15, 2022. This is Dentons’ second partner addition in Prague this year, following the arrival of Zdeněk Kučera and his Technology Media and Telecommunications team in March.

Monika Kajanková has a solid track record in representing real estate investors, developers, insurers, and lenders in major real estate transactions. She advised Tesco on the sale and leaseback of its shopping mall portfolio across the Czech Republic and Hungary, which included the Czech Republic´s largest shopping center, OC Letňany. Monika assisted Macquarie Asset Management in the acquisition of the Waltrovka office complex, as well as Reico in the acquisition of various assets in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In addition, she has an extensive expertise in advising title and WI insurers insuring real estate transactions.

She joins from Wilsons.
