A team from Dentons' Warsaw office has advised Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen on the €129 million refinancing of Accolade’s warehouse portfolio of five parks located in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Szczecin, Częstochowa and Kielce.

Bartosz Nojek, a partner in the Banking and Finance practice, oversaw the transaction and coordinated the legal team. Jakub Zienkiewicz (counsel), who led the negotiation of the loan agreement, joined by Justyna Machnicka and Kamil Bator, who led the work on collateral and loan disbursement terms, worked on the financing documentation.

Piotr Staniszewski, a partner in the Real Estate team, supervised the preparation of the due diligence report, which was created by associates Kamil Osowski, Kamil Igielski, Kamil Gapski, Joanna Nawrotkiewicz and Sebastian Czapliński.
