Ann Lattanzio is a securities law clerk in the Toronto Corporate group. Ann has more than 30 years of experience providing support to exempt market dealers, portfolio managers and investment fund managers in relation to initial and ongoing registration, compliance and securities law matters, review of policies and procedures manuals, relationship disclosure documents, and KYC documents. She has extensive knowledge of the National Instruments governing registration requirements and reporting (NI 31-103 and 33-109), as well as the registration process for registrant firms and individuals. Ann’s practice also includes assisting registrant firms with National Registration Database (NRD) updates and filings with the securities commissions.

In addition to work with registrants, Ann also assists public company clients with initial public offerings, private placements and continuous disclosure matters including the preparation and filing of documents with the securities commissions, Canadian stock exchanges, OTCQB and liaising with the securities regulators and market participants on various issues. She also provides research on changes to securities legislation and conducts searches through DisclosureNet, Practical Law and QuoteStream. Ann has extensive experience training and supervising users on the NRD, the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI), and conducting filings with the Ontario and British Columbia Securities Commissions through their online and eServices portals.
