Jacqui Giannini is a member of  Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, resident in the Chicago office. Jacqui focuses her work on complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts nationwide, and has handled class action, ERISA, defamation and media-related torts, trade dress, Medicare Secondary Payer Act claims, and commodities fraud matters.

Jacqui has experience taking cases from the pleading stage through discovery, summary judgment and trial. Across all types of cases, Jacqui has the expertise to manage large-scale electronic discovery, including the use of Technology Assisted Review (TAR). She has significant trial and hearing experience, including civil jury trials in Cook County, Illinois, a trial in Delaware Chancery Court, a preliminary injunction hearing in Illinois federal court and multiple arbitrations.

As part of her strong commitment to pro bono work, Jacqui has co-authored several amicus curiae briefs filed with the U.S. Supreme Court in high profile cases.

Jacqui received her JD, with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA, cum laude, from Butler University.
